However, the player did not work well. A CD would play for a few minutes and then stop. I took it to my local (Hyannis, MA) Best Buy store and was very impressed with the service person who waited on me. She simply took the machine and credited my Discover credit card account. No questions asked, no hassle, no delay. I could not be more pleased. I looked for a different model in the store and was told I would have to order online or I could try Target at the other end of the mall. Wow, that is really good customer relations. I thought I was in "Miracle on 34th Street." You can rest assured I will continue to shop at Best Buy for all my electronic needs.

Product is so sensitive to movement that it will stop. So that means it can’t be used while walking; which is what I purchased it for. If you accidentally touch it CD stops playing and you have to try figure out where you were before it stopped on its own. Do not buy this product!

The top of the cassette door will get stuck if it is pushed in. I returned the first one. The second one did the same. I banged on the bottom of the boombox and door became unstuck. I kept this one but I don't like it.

Poor construction includes subpar buttons for both CD and tape players. Terrible sound quality gives the CD, tape and BT an AM radio tin can quality. Purchased for my daughter to play her CD's and 100% disappointed.

I would not recommend for an older person. The buttons are small and hard to understand. It took me hours to figure out how everything worked. CD/Radio/Cassette players I've had in the past were no brainers, easy to operate. A young person would have no problem with this device.

Most of the start tiles do not function as they have in the past. After 6 GEEK squad members looked at the problem no one could determine what the problem was and how to fix it. One finally said "i guess you have to delete the app's and reinstall them". I tried what was suggested and it didn't work. Several of them were on their phones trying to find a solution and that also was futile. Very frustrated and disappointed with GEEK squad right now. Would like an expert to come to my hone and fix the problem.
