The plastic on a new unit has stray marks and looks like someone was new on the job and the design for things make it not as easy as you would hope to play a tape or CD.

I need it in my class, so I was very disappointed Then I was only able to have store credit when I returned it. This was during Covid-19 — I was difficult for me to return it since my school had reopened and I was working very long hours. Overall- disappointed with Best Buy too

The CD lid is difficult to open. I got to play one CD and half a cassette tape, with the radio plugged into an outlet, and it just stopped working. It's like it loses power when you press play. A waste of $50.

Impossible to verify that because it would not turn on when plugged in. I attempted using batteries but battery compartment was so fragile that I’m certain it would have cracked since it was so hard to open.

A waste of money

And if it wasn't for the closing of the stores I would have brought it back to get my money back. Never again will I go by the reviews on a product. It truly was a waste of my money!!
