Depends on which pads you use

However, I had one pad on my PS4 controller start to fall apart, so I went with these - for the price, they were worth a shot. The pads w/ the "grip" bumps work great - the other "smooth / concave" pads kept coming off as I played (which I believe other reviewers commented on). If you are comfortable w/ the one set of pads, this is a lot cheaper than a new controller.

Cool grips
