Great thumb grip

Great All Round

These guys fit the bill. I use the convex ines for the sticky pads and a slight added height.

I use super glue, gorilla glue, and a hot glue gun. Nothing kept it on the controller. I wish it came with something to stick it on the controller then it would have been a good product.
