An essential to the beginners in building a pc.

Better to spend $5 rather than a new motherboard. Not the most comfortable thing to wear but its rather lightweight.

Anti Static works

I could not wear this product due to the small size. I held onto it keeping the button against my skin to discharge any static that I might have. It wasn't necessary at all... touching the power supply and bare metal on the CPU case works just as well.
