The Insignia™ - Apple MFi Certified Lightning Charge-and-Sync Cable that I purchased is 10' long, which for me allows it to cross the room and keep me recharging. It's especially good in the car where it can reach to the back seat if the kids are there and want to use my iPad. I would not get the shorter 6' cord again in the future as this allows much more flexibility.

Super long cord. Works great. It reaches further than I actually need but glad it's long.

Nice long cord. The cord is reinforced well at the ends and seems sturdily built. The cord material is a little stiff so it does take some breaking in.

We seem to go through charging cords like candy in this house. This one feels extremely sturdy and seems to charge our phones pretty quickly. I love that it's so long I can lie down on the sofa 8 ft from the charging station, and still charge my iPad or phone while using it. We'll see how long this one lasts before the connector comes loose or it stops working. I'll try to remember to update my review when it breaks, as I expect it will someday. Because they always do.

In 2016 a good charging cable ranks up their with food shelter and water when you live in a house with a preteen! I can't begin to tell you how having a cable that is 10 foot long that's right I said 10 foot has changed my life. I no longer have the desire to wake my daughter in the dead of night and force her to go to whatever hole she let my bed side phone charger in and dig it out. With that 10 foot long black beauty I can wedge that plug behind a king size bed and still have freedom to charge my phone while falling asleep stalking people on Facebook! All the while no child has the courage to venture under the bed to try and steal that bad boy. If they did its long enough to tie them to a tree and still reach the plug to charge your phone!

These are great cables. I have only used them in Apple products. Only problem I had was that if u have an older life proof (iPhone 6 Plus, have had it over a year. I believe it was one of the first iPhone 6 plus life proof cases that came out) it won't fit in the case. Other wise it charges fabulously and lasts a long time. I buy these whenever we need new cords for any of our iPhones, iPads, macs etc.
