I was pleased that the cable had a heavy duty insulation. The plug seemed to be of good quality as well. It should last a long time.

added the needed length to reach the power source and where the ipad was located. The one that apple ships is too short

I was mostly looking for a long cord that would give me more flexibility with where I charge my ipads and iphones. This cord works great.

I use this cord to plug into nearby socket while reading in my easy chair. Works good. The cord is bit stiff so it stays like a spring when in use. But is easy to coil back up to.store in the original box.

My grandson ask for this for his birthday. He said he needed it for school and entertainment. It helps charge his IPAD lighting fast.

Even though this cord is not an official apple charge cord, this is Best Buy's brand and in my opinion it works the same

I have always been cautious about using after market charging cords. The one that came with the phone was not long enough. This cord is a much heavier build than the stock cord. The plug does not get hot while charging and at its nearly 10' in length it added the length I needed. I don't think you will be disatisfied with the purchase.

I've bought probably 10 cords in the past year in hopes they would last and not just stop working. 10 cords and probably over $100 dollars and then I found these cords that have not stopped working or I've had to use them in certain positions, absolutely wonderful. These cords are thick and just feel high quality and I can say they are the best out there.
