The lightning cable plug feel off. My wife uses it for normal wear. Just charging in the evening and sometimes in the afternoon. I was told I could take it back to the store when I had called. When I got to the store, I was told that they couldn't take it back. It took customer service and an email to the manager before it finally got resolved.
