We exchanged it for a new one and the exact same thing happened. There must be a design flaw here.

It Works But Very Poor Overall Quality

It works, but the cable is already cracked and peeling at the base of the connector to the iPad after five months. I expected it to be much more durable.

Shoulda kept the box so I could return this P. O. S Worst Christmas present ever. I guess it's a testament to stick to Apple products for Apple products.
