Worst charger I have ever purchased. It charges the phone for a second, and then it stops working, and this process repeats itself over and over again. Very frustrating, especially because this was the charger that was recommended to me in the store. Will be sticking to Apple chargers in the future.

I bought this product on December 28th of 2016 and it is already broken. I am not overly rough with my charger, but it has to be in the perfect position for it to actually charge my phone. What the point in buying a long charger to have mobility if it can only charge when it is sitting on a desk perfectly still? I have never had a charger break so fast before, and I'm honestly disappointed that i wasted my money on this charger.

This cable seems to be of pretty decent quality. It works as expected and hopefully will last.

Perfect length..not so short, and can plug in on the floor and still be useful.

Cable is extra long so you can plug it in and use it with more room.

Great long cord to use when you need to go around furniture, etc

I'm a bit surprised by all of the glowing reviews for this cord. I had a terrible experience over the week or so using this cable. I'd estimate that there was a 30-40% chance that the connector would stay seated and charging when I plugged it in. Usually it would remain in the socket but just not charging. Very annoying. One might say maybe it's my iPhone case? Never had this problem w/ my iPhone cord and I just bought a 10' cord on Amazon by IXCC #$15 or 12 bucks cheaper# and it's working fine out the box. I'd caution against buying this Insignia cord. Taking it back tomorrow!

Great cord but the tip of the cord dislodged after four months of use

The longer cord was great, but after about a month it wouldn't connect to sync and ended up breaking all together and would no longer charge. The other cords last about the same, so it's really not that different.

Having the extra legnth is great but the fact that it only works about 10% of the time makes it useless. I have not used it in any extreme conditions. I will be taking it in tomorrow

This product worked great a first but it didn't take long for the wires to fray on this cord and it no longer work. Because this was a gift, without a receipt the company will not replace the product...seems convenient to me since based on the reviews of this product on this site and others, it is a common problem. I would NOT purchase this product again and go with a different brand. In this case the higher price does not mean better quality. They are the same as the chargers you get at the gas station. If I could give this zero stars I would. Save your money!

This cord meets my need. It charges my iphone/ipad faster than other cords I've used. Great product!

The end that goes into the phone literally stayed in my phone when I tried to disconnect it. Had it for 1 month and used it a handful of times. very upset. The warranty states you must return to store or mail to them directly in original packaging ( who does that for a charger cord??!! ) so im out my 30 bucks after taxes. Very disappointed. I just threw the cord away.

I absolutely loved this long cable as it worked beautifully for about 2 months then just stopped. I bought a shorter Insignia cable, around the same time, that just broke on me, you could see the plastic starting to pull away at the start of the cord. On this extra long black cable I see no fraying but it will now longer charge my phone. Extremely disappointed!!

When looking for a solid replacement or extra cord for your Lightening device, I can recommend this will do the job.

Works just like the apple wire charges really fast

I had this cord for just over a year. It has now stopped working and is falling apart. The manufacturer warranty is for one year only and they will not help you if you are even a few days outside of that one year. None of my other charger cables are falling apart like this one and I have had them much longer. Buyer beware, this piece of junk falls apart!

The connection to the phone quit working. I've only had it a few months. I've got iPhone chargers from 4 years ago that still work great but this junk only lasted half a year before it started acting like it was not plugged in. Many of times I had to wake up and go to work and have a battery that was low.

Reliable and handy to use with the extra length of 10 feet.
