The first one I had did not last a year. This is my second cord. I am really careful because the first cord split where it connects to the input. I feel there is a design problem with the cord. I don’t see this one lasting a year either. I would look at a coil type connection when I make my next purchase.

I love this cable 'cause it lets me set my iPad out of the way when I'm charging it. The cable that came with it was so short I had to work around the iPad the whole time it was charging. This is much better!

This is the best lightning cable I used. With two kids in the house, none of the cables I used lasted more than two months. This one is still like new and I don't think even my kids will be able to destroy it.

The cable works but internal fraying is possible if you twist it.

I needed a long cable that didn't break the bank to charge my ipad air 2. An employee directed me to this and I am 100% satisfied with the purchase. It charges quickly and is a very sturdy cable.

Cable was fine in construction but every time I use it my iPad tells me that it’s not an Apple compatible product. I’m sure that it’s because it doesn’t contain the “chip” to identify it. Amazon says it’s Apple certified so I guess it’s ok but I have to keep the sound down because of the constant beeping.

Charger does what it needs to do. New to Apple and needed another charger.

We bought this for my teenage daughter, who uses it often and is not especially delicate with these kinds of things. She has used it every day since we purchased it 4 months ago. Thumbs up!

This works great with our iPhones, and it's a lot cheaper the apples 10' cord. No issues, awesome product and it last unlike some of those other cheap cord you can find online. It's worth it

Because Apple only gives you a mini-length cord you are continually pulling on it and they don't last. This cable is beefy enough to handle and the extra length reduces the chance of pulling on the cable.
