Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second Insignia Apple 10' Lightning Charge-and-Sync Cable I've purchased! Neither one has lasted more than 3-4 months. We use them to recharge our phones in our house, so they aren't taken places, wrapped up or abused in any way. I guess I should of realized they weren't a good product after the first one I purchased, however, I thought maybe it was just a "lemon". Of course the allowable time to return them to Best Buy JUST expired! I'll stick with the shorter cords, and make due!

So this definitely the perfect cord for us. Don't be fooled by many online cheaper cords, trust me they don't work.
