Wouldn’t charge my phone!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it and it had been previously purchased and box re-sealed. Best Buy clerk assured me it would work fine but when I got it home it wouldn’t charge my phone, no matter what I used to plug it into the wall. So I had to return it. I know it wasn’t my phone as the new 6” worked perfectly! I think this could have been defective and that’s why it had been previously returned to the store.
