I know how disheartening it is when one of our devices fails. This products are covered by a 1-year (365-days) Manufacturing Warranty on them, which is surely plenty of time to get coverage for a defect. We appreciate your understanding on this specific situation and comments and feedback.

Ever since then been having lackluster experience hit or miss with it working. And I know it's not my connect in vehicle. I changed recepticles of use. Different cars. Now it seems to wanna work ok.
