    I have had a lot of problems with phone cable that are not apple aproved. I just recently bought the IPhone 7 plus and I realized that not all lightning cables are not compatible with my phone and it pops up a little box saying this accessory is not compatible with this device. Although that is a set back for me I ended up giving the cable to my fiancé and it works perfectly with his iPhone 6! I would recommmend this to anyone with an iPhone older than a 6s!

    I purchased this item because the apple lightning cord is more expensive. I was looking for an extra lightning charge cord that I could leave at work and this work fine. I know that color doesn't matter, but I love purple and no one will think its their since most of the cords are a standard white.
