    Purchased this to use with a generic car charger. It works fine and looks good. I did think the item was a bit pricey (but that's the apple deal).

    I use the cord when I travel on business it seems to work great.. Just keep in mind that this cord is not a thick and durable as the original cord.

    Charger is slow to charge but if you sit at a computer all day and can have it connected to your device it does the trick.
