Lets not overthink this. This is a cable to charge your old school Ipad up to generation 3, and old iPods and iPhones up to whatever generation its says on the box. Gets job done.

For short term use or for back in the event original is lost or destroyed. Only regret is that they don't carry but should carry a longer version of this model (cable).

I brought this to charge my iPod Nano. I have purchased one before. . It works great. I keep one in my car. I have one at work as well.

There is really not much to say about this purchase except that it is a replacement for my previous cable that was frayed. It is the same Apple brand cable that I am replacing.

Just wanted the aple watch. My husband bought it for me for my 69th Birthday. I need to read about how to navigate through the different apps. But I love it. Told my students if it rings just ignore it because I'm not sure how to shut it off!!!

Needed an emergency charging cord for my iPad and as always Best Buy had it! It doesn't give me the "will charge slower than regular due to not being the exact cord.

Found some older iphones that I wanted to give to my young kids to play with. For some reason I couldn't find any of the old 30 pin cables for the life of me. This cable is not cheap but it works and that is all I can ask for.

It works good and It looks just like an apple product but due to lack of manufacturers of this kind of accessories (other than Chinese cheap ones), I think it’s overpriced.

My kids were removing the charger by the cord and it eventually broke the charger's connection. So long as they remove it properly, this new one should last a good, long time.

This USB cable is a bit stronger than the original one Apple came out with. I haven't had any issues with it and I use it daily 2-3 times a day since we have 2 iPad's for our daughters.

Had a client with an old 30-pin iPad. Their cable was broken and no longer charging their iPad. This worked to charge their iPad.
