After 2 days, it failed. We immediately went to Best Buy and purchased another. It works great! Best Buy is our source for electronic equipment and components.

I bought this because who carries around old chargers and they happen to find their old iPod in a drawer without said charger? Well this allowed me to download music from my MacBook onto my iPod and jam like it was the mid 2000s.

Better then the oem

I was nervous because I've not been lucky with these cords in the past. They seem to work for a few days then stop. But this one works great! Seems to be better then the oem ones from Apple.
