I've owned probably 100 charging cords in the last 10 years - I keep them everywhere in the house. A good number of them were purchased online costing $10 or so for 3 very long cords. I needed this one in a pinch on vacation and after using it - I've noticed my phone actually charges about 10 times as fast as with the cheap cords. I'm guessing the cheap ones just aren't to spec, certainly not Apple certified. I still think $10+ for a short cord is overkill, so it doesn't earn the last star, but it is certainly great cord that does what it should.

Needed different lengths for different locations. Found what I wanted at Best Buy at a good price.

This is an excellent alternative charging cord if you don't want to spend a lot onan APPLE one.

These work as good as the namebrand cables. We have bought these cables multiple times now.

Always need another cable, especially with teenagers around the house. These work fine and cost less than most.

This cord was a great replacement to the Apple one I had that shredded. It’s the perfect length and durable too.

It does what it's supposed to do. Although one of these came with my phone, I like to keep one in the car and one in the house.

great reception wire is thick and dont curl up the price was average to apple but he convience in not standing in line for adapter was great

After returning a lightning cable with lights and a lot of style but bad reliability I went with basic and had no problems, it works great!

This is my second time having this charger. I go through a lot of chargers because they end up getting the little turtle neck look. This one has lasted me the longest!

Lots of cheap imitations out there...prefer to buy at Best Buy for a few bucks more I know it’s decent quality.

I have an iPod nano and bought this as a backup cable. It works as it's supposed to. It's just a cable, after all. Nicely priced, though.
