I looked around for cables that were at least reasonably priced and were at least 4 feet in length. This one happened to fit the bill perfectly. The price was about half of the most expensive ones that I've tried it didn't work as well.

Even though this one cost $3.00 more that the Apple one, it is so much thicker. It won't bend or break as easily. Thanks to the sales person who pointed this out to me. That is the exact reason I was having to purchase another chord.

I know that we keep hearing that we have to buy from the original company, but this cable works just as well and is more affordable than the ones sold by Apple. I use this cable pretty frequently and have not had any issues with it.

Not all cables are the same. These have the highest industry standards built it, preventing issues with my Apple devices. Not true of other cheaper products. That's why I go to Best Buy. Just first quality merchandise.

These cords are indispensible. In order to make sure you have one available at all times, you should buy several and LEAVE them at all the locations you may need to charge your device; like home, work and the car(s).

If you need a replacement or spare lightning cable, look no further than the Insignia branded ones. These are just as durable as any other 3rd party cables and way cheaper than the Apple branded ones.

I needed a charger for my iPhone 5S. Apple's chargers are so overpriced. Best Buy's brand looked similar & seems to work well-I once bought a non-Apple charger that is horrible & doesn't connect. This does seem to be tailored to Apple & the price is right!

I asked the rep at Best Buy what the difference was between this cable and the more expensive cable from Apple. His response was 'the brand'. And that was it. Works just as well, just cheaper price.

I bought this for my husband. His iPhone charger does not always charge his phone. He has not used it yet. I will say this was half the price the apple one was. I was told by a Best Buy employee it is just as good.

I purchased the Best Buy Brand power cord for the iPhone and truthfully it has performed better than the Apple brand that came with the phone! I will definitely consider the store brand on other items as well. Highly recommended.

This Insignia lightning cable is very convenient for use anywhere. Even while still charging, I can use my phone, in my car ( while parked, of course) without unplugging it with it’s generous 4 feet length.

Had to replace the original after the wires were exposed on the phone end of the connection and the connection became spotty. This cable is a little bit longer than the stock one which is awesome and also appears to be stronger at the connections as well.

I had a $5 off rewards coupon, so I got it for $10. I have purchased previous chargers online that have broken apart or have quit charging after a month or so. This one has lasted, stayed together and works great. No problems and would purchase again.

I always buy Insignia chargers instead of apple chargers. I have tried so many other chargers and they always break, this is the best alternative! It charges very fast and they are durable.

Cables are not design to last. They are design to make money for the companies. That said, this brand is better than all others except the ones by Apple. All the other brands, stop charging after a few months. Wonder why!!

A four foot length is perfect to plug into my arm rest holder and plug into my phone so it reaches the little holder under my radio. After using it I can easily put the cord back into my arm rest holder

As an Uber driver, I am a better resource for my riders when I have cell phone charging cables for both Android and iPhones. This cable is a great example of the latter. Low cost and durable product ... happy with it!

Son needed a new charger for his i-phone 5c. We weren't sure if the charger or the actual phone was broken. The sales rep allowed us to open the charger and try it in the store. Worked perfectly. No problems with charger and it was a reasonable price.

I purchased the Insignia Lightning Apple charge Cable to replace the original. The original lasted about 6 years. This looks like the same quality, hopefully it will have an equal life.
