It’s not Apple but works well plus it’s 1 foot longer than Apple’s. Best Buy guy mentioned a deal they had at the time. Because I was going to spend a certain amount - buying the $10 cable allowed me to take $30 off my iPhone case purchase.

It's a cable it works like it should. I always by apple because the quality is always good and doesn't malfunction or break. The products seem stronger and tougher and hold up under a lot of use. I would recommend them to friends and associates.

We always loyally purchased the actual apple cables, but since they have a tendency to fray incredibly easily, we gave these a try. So far it has lasted way longer than an Apple one and is in perfect condition

The Insignia cables (formerly Dynex) seem to last longer than the Apple cables. They are a little more rigid, but that seems to make them more durable. If you need a cable right away, grab one of these.

Works for about 3 or so months and then doesn't seem to be compatible with the iPhone anymore. I've gone through a lot of these... But I like them better than the apple brand because they're more durable and have a longer cord

My iphone 6 charging cable came apart on me one day (plastic came off and the wires were exposed and wouldn't charge anymore) so I needed a new one. This cable has better length than the apple cable and has done a great job since getting it.

I got this cord as a backup to charge my phone at work. The cord is long enough to put phone off to the side of all the other computers and electronics on my desk. Charge is fast with great connection (an issue I've had with other products)

Works great works just like a Apple charging cord no problems works in my vehicle and even works with Apple car play with no problems one of the best options if you can’t find a original Apple charging cable

It’s a charger, so not much to say here. I will edit this review if it dies on me within 3 months aka the normal lifespan on these things. Feels sturdy and reliable as of now about two weeks in moderate use.

Have utilized this same power cable for my 5th gen iPod previously. Is reasonably priced and serves its purpose well. As with ALL such power cables, a weakness develops at the base of the reinforcement where the lightning connection is. Thus, I needed a new cable.

Bought it at an airport because I lost my Apple charger. The additional length is a nice to have and it seems more durable. At the end of the day it charges my phone and that's what I need.

I've gone with insignia for several different products ranging from TV, monitor as well as accessories and cables. They always provide a great product that gets the job done. This cable is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. The price is right!

A fair price for a lightning cable vs how much apple charges for theirs. It's worked in ipads & iphones. No complaints yet. Apple devices can be a little picky so its nice to see a 3rd party cable work.

I bought several cables for my family of IOS devices from Amazon. Turns out they were not authentic Apple approved cables. I replaced those with this Insignia cable so I could charge my iPhone/IPad in the car. It works great.

I like the 4' cable better than the shorter versions because it allows you some slack when synched/charging. So, if you're on your apple device at night, while laying in bed, this cord gives you the length to comfortably lay while devicing.

So far the cable has been good. It charges my 6s at roughly the same speed, if not faster, as my previous cables from other brands. The quality seems to be good for the price point and I would imagine it will last for a good amount of time.

Like any lightning cable, this one works good for a while but then you get the 'unsupported' message and it won't charge the iPhone. More of a Apple design flaw than an Insignia issue, so the cable worked as expected and actually longer than more expensive cables.

Compared to a higher priced Apple cable, this is about on par. Definitely beats out other cheap brands. Have been using this cable in both my car and in my house in various cable lengths, and have yet to get the turtle neck of doom

This is a good product and works well for a while. I have noticed that since it's not an actual apple product, it tends to wear out sooner and then sometimes has a hard time charging and you have to fiddle with it a bit to get it to charge. It is a good quality product though.
