I need this for a portable battery I have and this works out perfect. The length is long enough that the battery can sit in the front seat of my car and reach the back seat for my daughter to use.

I bought this cable so I don't have to move the cable each time I charge the phone or download pics. Works just as well as the Apple cable that came with my phone but less expensive.

The perfect size to go from my phone to my computer or my charger, this size (4') is just the right size. The Insignia brand on it lets me know that it is high quality and will last a long time.

The 4-foot cord that I keep in my car is an excellent piece of equipment enabling the charging of my phone as well as keeping the phone ready for use. Also use it to keep my ipad up to speed.

The cords are slightly more protected than the official's so I expect this brand to last longer. My Apple products charge just fine with no device recognition problem.

I have several Apple devices and I keep a charger in my office at work and another one st home, The original Apple wiring always wears out after a while. This one appears to be more durable.

We had been purchasing really cheap cords but they don't last long enough to make it a good decision. Apple cords will get the turtleneck of death eventually; however, they will last all the way until then. Haven't ever had an Apple cord just quit working.

I don't know why the Apple co. Still hasn't fixed it's quality of their charger cable, but I go a brand new iPhone 6 and 2months later the charger cable was falling apart. This one, I've had for while now and it seems to be made of more durable material. Still strong

Love the extra length (compared to the cord that came with my iPhone). Wasn't sure I liked the black color since the originals are white - but it doesn't matter, it's the extra 6-8 inches in length that's so awesome.

I actually prefer insignia's Lightning charging cable to Apple's own; in my experience they seem to be more durable and I've never had any problems with the multiple Insignia cables I've bought for my iPhone/iPad.

Best Buy provides an affordable alternative lightning cable for Apple. It's my third one I've bought for the family's iPhones. I highly recommend it for those who don't want to pay premium for Apple charger stuff.

Sometimes you need a shorter chord. Apple is always better than the non-Apple brands for iphones. I always purchase Apple. I took off 1 star as It's a little pricey and my kids destroy them well before their life cycle.

I was so glad I got an extra cord for charging as I have it on my desk at work and keep my phone always able to charge. I let the battery run down as suggested by apple to keep the battery strong over the year!

had to buy a new charging cable for my sons i phone. he kills them. so far so good. insulated better than the cheapo ones his mom gets him. hope this one lasts longer that 4 months. does seem sturdy wish they offer a replacement plan on theese,

With so many different charging products on the market it is difficult to know whether you are overpaying for what you are getting but the quality of this cable is well worth every penny it cost.

It is working very well. The old cord started breaking down at both ends. The cover seems to be breaking down, hopefully the new cord does not have this problem. THere were only two cords to choose from and two different lengths.

I needed a charger about a month or so ago, and it is still working! I got tired of using the cruddy ones from CVS or Walgreens because they always break or could actually mess up the charging of your phone. This one does a good job.

These are great! Our apple chargers cant withstand the constant use and were having to be constantly buying replacements. These are great and cant beat the price.
