I was not able to connect my iPod shuffle much less transfer songs from my computer to my iPod shuffle. I also tried another computer and no luck. I'm not sure if there was something wrong with the iPod or it was a bad set of cables.

However customer service at the Kings plaza branch was horrible. I had to walk from on area to another area to find a sakes rep. He did not apologize for the store service. Very inconsiderate. I will never patronize that branch again. Upset customer

The salesperson gave me the wrong information about the product I purchased. After I loaded the information I wanted to transmit, it didn’t work. I took it to my dealer he informed me it was wrong device.

I was hoping to find a charger more resilient than Apple that wouldn't fray. Unfortunately these didn't make it a week. Bought 5 and gave each one to a family member. They all frayed or broke or quit working in a week. Crazy. Don't buy these.

After about a month of using this, I started getting a “accessory not supported” message on my phone, and my phone would not get charged. Not sure if this particular one was defective. I will be returning it.

This is my second time buying this product and on both occasions it cut in the same part. It's not a durable product.

Telephone charging cables are too much money to begin with. I went with an iPhone capable charger and the connector is too loose for my phone. Very difficult time keeping it in and charge it. Would not recommend.

Thought I would save a couple of dollars buying insignia and now my iPad Pro says not charging while it should be charging. This was purchased 53 days ago. Just long enough to fall out of return period. What a waste of money...

It did not support any of the iphones. It worked for a week and started showing device not supported . Just I loose my money by buying this device. I will not buy it again and advice others not to buy it. But this is just to loose you money.

It's an ok item, my daughters first one only lasted a month where mine has lasted about three but is starting to not be consistent when I plug in to charge sometimes I have to plug it in four times before it will start charging

This charger has a cool concept. The lights running through show that it is charging. They changed the brand of these, the other one I have is rocketfish and it only half way lights up now. Hopefully my new one won't do that after a month of use

I thought I was making a great purchase, but I wasn’t. The cord stopped working after a month. I would’ve returned it, but I had already threw away the receipt. Save your money and get the Apple brand!

I bought this item I used it for two days third day plugged it into my iPad while unplugging it the tip came off try to return it to Best Buy and was told they take back stuff like that . I took my business else where for christmas

Did not work to charge the I-phone 6. Kept getting a message like DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS DEVICE or something like that. Tried it on the I-pad mini as well and it would not charge. Save your money, buy something else.

I bought cable for my charger.. I spent around 16 dollars for it.. when I came home box was empty.. can you believe that? I didn't go back because they would talk me that it was there.. never go back to best buy

I bought this cord and it didn’t even last me 2 weeks. The charger port broke off and got stuck in my phone . I’m going back to circuit city to get my charger cords now .

Purchased cord the end of December and two months later the cord is not working......

Why don't these cords last longer than a few months? I usually blame my kids for being too rough on them but this one was mine. Used from one location and treated with care, but that did not help.

I purchased this item to use in my vehicle which has Apple Car play- it worked for 3 Days then stopped! I had gone on vacation right after purchasing and through away the box so I’m stuck losing my $18
