Cord stop working after one week. Do not recommend.

When I plug this Apple lightening cord into my Apple iPhone 6+ at night, to charge up my iPhone overnight, I wake up in the morning and find my phone slightly less charged than it was when I plugged this charger cord into it the night before. So I re-plug it in again and wait 5 minutes to see if it is charging. Usually it is not charging yet, so I re-plug it in again ... and again ... until finally it shows, after 5 minutes, that it is starting to charge the phone. This cord is only several months old; the iPhone 6+ is several years old. Since the lightening cord worked faithfully for the first month I owned it, and then quickly degraded in performance, I blame the cord, not the iPhone 6+.

The connection of the cord to plug is very flimsy.

I bought this on clearance for a few dollars less. Sticker on box said that it had been opened but works and has nothing missing. I took it home and plugged it in but it did not work. Brought the cable back to store a few days later and got a replacement.

I bought it to replace my Apple-branded lightning cable, but even though nothing is wrong with it physically, it stopped syncing reliably. What's worse is that it refuses to charge. Skip lunch and just buy an OEM Apple version.

Bought two of these and while I am not 100% certain if it has to do with the product or the car it does not charge my iPhone when connected to my Hyundai Elantra 2013 model. However, it works just fine when connected to my mac.

stops working after 2 months not compatible, went back to best buy to return. they wouldnt take it back. young lady at register said she has same problem with hers, other cashier says she threw hers out since she couldnt get a refund either. ok why are you even selling this product. and what horrible customer service. bough a real apple cord from apple. i refuse to give best buy more $$$$$. thay are now just a showroom to me.

This product doesn't last very long. The plug end comes apart. I'm very careful when I plug it in and out of my iPhone. But it still breaks away from the cord. It is not made well for a product that you have to use every day.

I believe Apple should make a better and stronger Insignia Cable. It is not reliable! I would not recommend it but I had found out that I have no choice since the other cables do not work that well with Apple products.

Worked fine to charge my phone but wouldn't play the music from my iPhone when I synced with usb from my alpine stereo in the car. My other cords work so it's not a compatibility issue. I ended up returning this item

It worked really well in the beginning, then started charging really slowly to not charging at all, and it blew my USB port in my car. For the price and quality, it was not worth it.

Does not charge all the time, it works sometime when it wants to

This cable works well with my iPhone 5S, charges without issue. I have been using this for over 4 months now and it works great; no failures, charge time seems to be the same as with the Apple's expensive -but poor quality- cable. Worth your money!

sometimes i get a message on my phone saying that this isnt a registered apple product. also i often have to wiggle the plug just right to get it to get a charge going.

The rubber covering the wired broke apart at the portion that connects to the phone in only a short amount of time using it. We already have to buy a new one.

Really like this charger cause its outside covering material is durable unlike the other brand that it soft so it rips easily
