A crooked Lightning Cable

It has to be inserted at an angle to work and must stay there and doesn't grip the phone so will easily fall out just enough to stay in the phone but not enough to charge it. So your phone could remain there for hours appearing to be charged but it's actually not. I guess you sadly get what you pay for.

Worked for a while
