I can't return it, cause I bought this on a trip to the u.s.a. last june 2016, and it's not worth the costs of sending it back for a refund or exchange. Looks sturdy but isn't! I wish I just bought the original apple brand!:(

Took product back and returned the lighting cord and receive a new one with no issues. However the new cord lasted only about two months before failing again. Product not reliable at all.

Poor connecting

I have to unplug it and plug it in to my iPhone 5s over and over. Sometimes it never connects, then other times it take 3 to 4 attempts then it will finally work. Just not worth the trouble. The apple cable works every single time.

Reliable, well made cable

Black is cool and low key, 4’ length is perfect. This is made well, is smooth and bends easy when coiled for storage. I like it better than my official white iPhone/iPad cable. Seems to charge faster too, is that possible? (Need to compare to my other cable).
