Sure enough, the cable works exceptionally well, and has lasted longer than the original cable that came with the iPad. It's only used for charging, so I can't speak to data transfer speeds, but it is very durable and a good product.

Amazing charger!

It was a good thing Best Buy was just right next to the hotel I was staying at and I bought this cord so I could charge my phone, if not I would've been phoneless for the whole trip! Amazing charger! Great alternative to the actual Apple one.

The cable works perfectly with my Iphone 5 and Sync system in my car. I have always had good luck with Insignia products and hope this will last for a long time. I will definitely purchase this item again the next time I need one.
