However, it has occasionally lost connection and needs to be unplugged and reconnected. Of course it's happened while driving and you need to use it. I have noticed it's happening when using texting via CarPlay and when restarting the car after a brief stop. It could be the iOS or CarPlay but not sure. I like it because it's the right length.
