It's a charger and It's a data cable !!

I didn't have any expectations other then that and this cable does both with perfection. The plastic used is superior in regard to industry standard - it's much more dense and feels solid in comparison to the fimmzy/soft Apple plastic.

I was simply an idiot thinking about purchasing this type of product solely upon price and ignoring the size. The function is the same but the 6" size is pretty small actually in terms of being practical. But if you desire a shorter cord then perhaps it is practical to you.
