Can't think of what anyone would do with something this little. Length does matter and 6" is not enough.

When I buy cables for my iPhone, they have a certain purpose. Some for docks, some for certain plugs because of length. etc.. I originally bought this to use with my PNY 2200 battery pack (since that only comes with micro USB). It works great. It is a short length so that I can put my phone and the battery pack in my pocket for charging. The flat design ensures it does not get all twisted or tangled. It is great for charging my iPhone 6 and also my iPad Mini 3. I don't understand why people on here are leaving reviews that it's too short. The description say 6" and that's what you should expect. Don't buy it if you need a longer one.

This cord worked well at first but stopped working altogether after just a few days.

To Short- needs to be at least 1ft for what I needed to fit the Phantom 4

Got it what I was looking for my car.. perfect size and high quality!!

I needed this charging cable for when I am traveling to and from work. It does a good job keeping my phone charged and ready for when I need it. I like that it has the USB connection as my car is equipped for this feature in charging items like my phone/ipod.

This cord is the perfect length for my car stereo. I don't have to wind it up to put it out of the way. I have bought several of these over the years

I bought this to use with external batteries to charge my phone on the go. Less clutter. I keep one always in my pocket and one in the car. Very much satisfied.

This short cable works great with my extra battery phone charger. I can carry it in my purse without it getting tangled and it doesn't take up much room.

I really like the size o this cable. I use it in my car and I don't have to worry about having an excessive amount of cable cluttering up my car.

Needed a short connection for my portable battery charger any my mobile devices. It's short and it does the job. Just a little annoying that it costs the same as the 3-foot-long cable.

This generic replacement cable works as well as the branded original from Apple and costs less, so I'm very satisfied with my purchase!
