Took them back to Best Buy and they told me 14 day return policy and that sales associates never recommend buying Insignia because they are the worst quality that Best Buy sells. Insignia is Best Buy’s brand and Best Buy doesn’t stand behind it so that should tell you everything you need to know... about Best Buy and Insignia.
