Best Buy won’t return a malfunctioning product because it’s 3 days after their 15 day return policy. Make quality products that last!! I’ll gladly pay for stuff that will work insignia.

It won’t charge my phone anymore, also had issues with it the past few weeks as the cord is stiff and had to be a laid a certain way for my phone to even charge.

Every one of them died in between 2-3 months of use. Never again will I buy one of these. Each time I should have spent the extra $8 and bought an apple charger. Shame on me.

The cable became exposed from the housing on the lightning end. Yeah maybe she pulled from the cable instead of the housing but for the crazy prices for cables, they should be built to last.

The first one lasted about 2 months. Both were 6 feet in length, so they are very weak and don't hold up. Would recommend trying another brand.
