It works as well as the Apple branded charger that came with the watch. The charger is little bit thicker, but that has not been a problem.

It doesn't really fit any aftermarket stand at all. Also my cat chewed threw it in a week so I really couldn't test the longevity of it. But when I did have it working, it worked great! My only gripe was the size of it.
