Unfortunately, the battery charger wasn't correct, however the tip was. It seems to be a difficult battery charger to order.... We have tried to order it our selves, by ordering 5 of them at different times without success.......

After using for a few months, this thing constantly does not charge. I have to play with it for about ten minutes to get it to charge. The original. broken cord I threw out was much better than this.

It works well and does the job without any problems. It can get a little warm if you ask it to recharge two or more batteries in short order, but the temperature does not reach alarming levels. It works fine for me.
