It was not (none of the jacks fit).. The Geek Squad rep told me to buy the correct cord on Amazon. This was unacceptable since I'm on this computer several hours a day and couldn't afford the down time. I'm so glad I asked the manager because a different local Best Buy had the correct cord. Bottom line--I had to make three trips to two Best Buy stores to get the correct cord made by the same third-party manufacturer at three times the price of the first replacement. (Ridiculous!) The price of this cord is 25% of an entirely new Chromebook!! (Even more ridiculous!!) Two weeks later the power cord / recharger on a friend's identical Chromebook also failed which makes me doubt the quality of the original cord (probaby made by the same third party manufacturer) and wonder how long my replacement cord will last.

Until I got ut home to find iut it doesnt even have an adaptir that fits the chrimebook. So i sit here with an unchrged laptop windering hiw to return a useless charger and if i will be abke to actually go i. A store to get the right thing which the employees were unable to. Totally unsatified is my review. Covid19 is a part of it, but poor service and wasting ny time is the key factor.

I tried exchanging it to best best 29 days after I purchased it and they refused to exchange it because the exchange policy is 15 days. Very disappointed in the product and Best Buy
