I’m sure the adapter is good any other time, I just purchased a bad one this time. Still will purchase Insignia products.

Not only did they not have the item that I needed, the charger that they did have, is a poor substitute. The pin that plugs into the laptop keeps popping out.

At the end they didn't know how to fix it and returned it back as it was and I ended up with a broken laptop and a new charger I couldn't use.
