Charges but loose fit. Acer E5-575G-57D4

However, the adapter had a poor fit with the computer and any movement would terminate the connection. Tape was used to hold in place. This was perfect for an emergency applications.

Open it up and it says go to Best Buy web site to see if the correct tip is inclosed. No it is not and I am supposed to go to another store to get a tip that works. Why not include in first Best Buy web site a referral to second site to see if my model tip is included so I do not waste an hour of my time purchasing and another hour returning it. Thanks Best Buy

Perhaps it is because it is an older Chromebook but none of the included tips fit. Waste of time. The packaging was read before as well and it is misleading.
