It works well with our control. Battery stays long but sometimes it gets loose when i connect it to my xbox when charging.

I started with the dual controller charger stand style. That was a bit picky getting the controllers lined up. Also if you use a wired chat system you have to unplug it every time you needed to cradle the controller to charge. With this setup it's much MUCH eaiser. I just wish the batteries with Lithium - however for the cost it cannot be beat! I highly recommend this option. FYI - the USB is relocated to the front and it worked to run our USB MIC through it for Rock Band 4.

I was a little worried, at first, because the battery packs are not Lithium Ion. However, after using them for about a month, I am 100% satisfied with the life of the battery, between charges. Also, the Xbox One will let you know the battery is getting low, and needs to be replaced. After the notification, the battery lasted about another 30-35 minutes (playing a game) before dying. Great product. I am normally pleasantly surprised by Insignia's (Best Buy's) products

Charges up battery packs for the xbox one controllers. I have mine plugged into the back of my xbox one s, but you can plug it into any usb port to charge. The down side is just it's size. without a usb extender it's difficult to plug into. This works with any of the xbox one battery packs I have tried, so if you already have battery packs they should work. There is an led indicator on the side which makes it easy to tell what is and isn't charging.

Batteries have a good life to them, easy plug into the Xbox side. Very useful, love mine.

These are a better option than reg batteries and pretty much the same price as the batteries alone, but the external charger comes with. Downfall is the USB port has moved from the side of the xbox to the front, so the external charger has to be unplugged to use the disk drive. I don't mind because most games are mostly digital and its not that big of deal to move. The batteries can also be charged in remote with a separate Micro USB cable.
