I have had the charger over a year now. No issues, no issues with the batteries. Life of the batteries last me a week of playing at least.

This is a pretty good charger besides how it plugs into the console that is the only downside

Great charger--I have USB outlets in may wall outlets. No more need for AA batteries. Works great. Quick charge, and there is always one charging.

The batteries sometimes get stuck coming out. And, it locks into the Xbox, but loosely. There are better items on the market, but the price was good and it does the job.

Overall does the job exact I wanted it to. Only one star off as these batteries don't seem to last as long as the standard ones provided with my xbox plug and play controller kit.

The batteries don't fit as well as the original ones. They seem to charge pretty quickly considering that the charger is powered by USB.

I got this as a Christmas Gift in 2015 and I will say this product works great! Still charges battery packs and the USB POE works great!

This eliminates the need to use the micro usb port to charge other controller batter options. Perfect price, and highly convenient.

After seeing the product comments I Decided to buy it along with the headsets for my Xbox one so as not to have problems with the batteries

I have used several different charging systems for the XBox 1 controllers. This has been by far the best solution out there. This unit simply plugs in to the USB port on the side of your Xbox and even replicates the systems color and texture. It appears as if MS built this into your XBOX. Strongly recommend. Bat Life seems to last for a full day of use,,8-12 hours.

Battery packs last a good 6-8 hours and the packs charge in a couple of hours. Works good.

i bought this for my husband. we have saved money from not buying batteries that are drained from the xbox controller. it's not a bad price point for what it does

Bought for my XBOS but the front usb port sits to low to fit and its a hassle to plug in from behind. So i just used an extra wall charger and plug it in to that.

I have two boys who play Xbox. Now that school is out they play way more than I should let them play. AAs last about two days in the controller. Those AAs can get pricey. The design of this charger is pretty good but you have to make sure you have enough side clearance. Having two batteries is great because you can charge one while the other is being used.

I have to say that the batteries that come with this last pretty well. Not really a fan of how it's powered, from USB port on the Xbox One. FYI, this unit doesn't fit well with the Xbox One S although it still can be used but I'd prefer if this unit had its own power supply instead receiving its power from the Xbox One USB port. Overall, the product works very well and I'd definitely recommend it.

This battery is pretty good except for one annoying flaw. The battery is a little too big so the battery cover does not fit perfectly flush with the controller.

Was a cheaper alternative than buying the Microsoft brand charging station. Didn't have any issues with it so was worth taking chance on Best Buy brand.
