    The way you plug it in is only set up for the original Xbox One. I have the newer Xbox One S, and it doesn't have a USB port on the side where this is intended to fit. I bought a USB extended adapter so I could plug it in and set it on my entertainment center. Product works great, and it's nice having the extra battery packs for my controller whenever I need them.

    I got this as I was sick of buying new batteries for the controllers, and they work great, and as there are two batteries included and I had one original X-Box one (that also charges in here) there is ALWAYS one battery that is charged when one of the others is not!
