This is considered a battery therefore I couldn't get my money back to I had to get a replacement. It's a little tricky to plug this into your Xbox but once you got it in, it stays put and charges the two battery packs. Kinda wish the indicator lights would turn off once they're fully charged. I've had better charging stations but this is definitely a space saver and better looking.

Battery dies too quickly

No a/c adapter or USB cable

I don't believe it even came with a USB cable to hook it up to the X1 to charge the batteries. Luckily I had an extra cable and a/c adapter from an old phone. Other than that, great device. Batteries last quite a while. At least 10+ hours of straight game play.
