It looks nice and simplifies your battery management. It can be a touch hard to wrangle the battery packs into position within the controller body. Not something smaller children would be able to do without a fair amount of practice. Also, battery performance is just ok. I find myself swapping batteries out much more frequently than when I was just using rechargeable AA cylinder style batteries.

There was a small plastic block that prevented the charging station from attaching to the Xbox One S. A quick mod with a Dremel tool got rid of the block and it fit perfectly after that. The charging and batteries work great and save on the never ending usage of disposable alkaline batteries.
