By January 30th the item is dead and doesn’t work at all. As a person that play Xbox maybe one a week I didn’t notice it wasn’t functioning. I called Best Buy and they said it was out of the 15 day return policy. It’s junk and a waste of $20.

Charged battery packs once and now neither pack will lock in place to charge. I have to wedge an item in the release buttons just to lock the battery packs in place to charge. Total waste of money.

There is a plastic tab molded on the item that will not allow it to fit to this product. I thought I was doing something wrong but was not so I had to return it.

However 1 battery is faulty, and the other only gets to 60%! Upsetting. Great idea but a bad product. I will be returning it to the store.
