Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this dock because it came with 2 packs and didn’t want any extra wires anywhere. First off, the battery packs are too large to fit into the controller. You will have to shove the back case back on to cover it back up. I noticed that this pack actually damaged my controller from this. Second, the batteries are never fully charged even though the dock shows they are. Lastly, my controller disconnects ALL THE TIME while playing any game. It gets to the point where the controller turns off or loses connection to the Xbox every 5 minutes making them unusable. Don’t waste your money on these and get the actual ones made for the controller.

The lights that tell you if its charged or charging did not work at first but randomly came on one day. They do not mean anything however because the battery packs do not work in any of my controllers. Such a waste of money and will never buy a product from Insignia again.

Stopped working after 2 months

The first battery stopped working after 3 weeks, and I thought "okay well at least I have the other battery." Then that battery stopped working today, on January 23, 2018. I had it for 2 months and now it's junk. I wish I kept the box so I could return it.

The batteries got put in a drawer and forgotten about. Pulled them out the other day and tried one more time. Nope. Waste of money.
