My wrist is much more comfortable and I can adjust the cushion as needed.

One side is fabric and the other Side is felt like. The little beads inside are small and feel nice too. Pretty soft

I think this may be the last I need to buy. It conforms to my wrist and gives it the support needed when working at the computer for long periods.
