I gave it four stars because even after more than a week of use, I'm finding it difficult to get used to how it shifts when I use my mouse.

Because this minimizes excessive focused-pressure points which cause numbness, discomfort and reduced blood flow, I am experiencing much less wrist and hand pain. I am sufficiently satisfied to the point that I went back and bought one for my wife.
