Lousy service

When I was there to buy a mouse there was no one, repeat, NO ONE, to assist me in finding the product. There were three couples and an individual there standing around waiting to be helped. Eventually I found a young man stocking shelves who said the Mac mouse I wanted is kept locked up in the back. From running three different businesses I well know how to retain employees. Treat them right and pay whatever it takes. Obviously you are not doing that. The mouse I bought is not what I wanted!
