I needed another mouse for my laptop. This one looked sleek, compact and promised a long battery life. I can't say why but it didn't pair with my laptop so I returned it.

Ergonomics: not as comfortable as it looked, but good enough to keep. Some cheaper models felt better in the hand.

Had to return. I’m a lefty and this is made for a right handed person. Packaging isn’t labeled to let you know this.

When it actually connects it works great. Have to reset sooo many times to connect to my laptop. Works on the first try on my friends computer & she loves it!!

It seems like most of the laptops we're buying for the company these days have Bluetooth. I've also bought several Bluetooth mice to go along with them. This is the first one by Insignia. Honestly, I grabbed it only because BB was out of the one I usually get. The mouse is awkwardly shaped. Plus, and more importantly, it drops connection (or goes to sleep) way too quickly. I've been having to wiggle/move it around just to get it to connect again almost every time I reach for it while actively working.

THIS BLUETOOTH MOUSE WAS QUITE EXPENSIVE BECAUSE I USUALLY BUY MOUSE FOR $8 OR $9 DOLLARS AND I PAID $20 AS IT WAS THE CHEAPEST ONE.

I haven’t had any problems with it. Working on duel monitors I find I have to sort of reset it by picking it up and placing it down again.

The response is good, and the quick adjustment of the dpi is a cool feature. The shape is a bit uncomfortable, but it's 1/2 as much as other options.

Installing mouse is easy, keeping a connection is hard. Good for computers with Bluetooth card connected to motherboard instead of using a Bluetooth dongle.

This mouse appears to be well made for people who use a mouse with their right, rather than left, hand.

I have not used the product yet to review. I received the package today. The package from outside looked little crushed. When opened the mouse was not in the cardboard case which clearly says it was a returned stuff. It looks like Best Buy is losing the quality aspects, this is one instance, recently I spoke to them regarding my rewards which they said will reinstate, not done thus far.

Cost is A++, not the easiest to use. Size is a bit large for me, but the tracking is great and the bluetooth connection makes for use of use.

I loved the mouse in the beginning, because I hooked it up to my laptop. Two months later it just stopped working. I replaced the battery, restarted my computer and disconnected/connected it and it just won’t work. It says it paired and connected on my computer and it just won’t move. Disappointed.

It keeps disconnecting from my my Mac, whether it be a power saving feature or some glitch but it’s annoying at a times.

cursor response not as responsive as Logitech or Microsoft mouses.

I bought it a year ago and I don't think I even have it still. Unremarkable and I don't even miss it.

I had higher hopes for this mouse. The bluetooth connection does not seem to keep up with my movements and is jumpy.

it doesn't come in the clear packing like shown in image. It's packaged in paper box. The mouse is ridiculously small and I don't have a big palm. Had to return it because I know it will cause my muscle cramp.
