I can't get it to sync with my iPhone. New battery didn't help. I need to exchange

Would not recommended my phone wouldn't stay in the holder.

It works for whats intended but for the cost wasnt that great as expected

Didn't want to ask people to take pictures of us so we bought this selfie stick because you could hold the button separately. It has a velcro strap that goes through the rubber backside but within a week the rubber broke. There's also an eyelet on the button that I use a lanyard hold the button

camera does not stay in focus. slowly saves pictures.

I ended retuning this as it just felt like I'd break it eventually. May work for others however I found another that is solid and will last a lot longer.

I had a hard time getting the Bluetooth button to work and the screws came out of the stick. Not a well build product.

Works good, did the job but if you forget the push button, you can't use it. It got left behind twice in one week.

Compared to the price paid it is a good value, but sometimes it doesn't work and it is hard to understand why.

Overall the stick is well built, fits my iPhone 6s plus with a thin case well, although bit difficult putting the phone on the first few times, but sliding the top of the phone in first then pulling the phone into place seems to work well. The only problem I have with the stick is that extending the pole back out sometimes can be difficult. A solution that can solve that is to unlock everthing section then push the pole back then just locking the top part. Another small problem is that the bluetooth remote sometimes won't connect, but just press on the button a few times and it'll start connecting.

Does not work with my phone. Only certain phones. Mine is an older phone and it will not work. Make sure you take your phone in when you buy it. I can not recommend this as it does not seem to be universal. I was not aware that there was a difference.

Useful device BUT used twice and springs to clamp the iPhone in place went kaputz. Not vigorously used. Returned item. Not recommended.

Great selfie stick for the iPhone 5s. While this stick has a GoPro option, I only needed it for my mobile phone for vacation shots. Bluetooth clicker is a cinch to sync to my phone. No additional batteries required. No issues lengthening or shortening the stick (simple twists will help change the length and to help lock the stick in place).

I used it for one trip and when I came back home a week later the spring Broke. Now it's useless, it worked great when it worked.

One of the springs to hold the cell came off only after 4 times of use. It is not well made at all.

Broken when I opened it. It will be returned to the store for a different type.

I got it as a gift to substitute for my monopod that was too obvious (some places ban tripods and monopods). This selfie stick is the perfect size, and is really durable.
