If you're looking for a speaker that has good bass for music, then this is not the speaker for you. I got this on sale, because I left my JBL Clip at work, and didn't want to wear my headphones. The Clip is much better for playing music, but this is a good substitute if you're not too picky. It can stand up or lay on it's side, but if you point it at a wall, you can enhance the sound. I also like the long battery life and the ability to charge another device from it. It's not a bad choice for a small gift, stocking stuffer, or as a back up.

I had a wireless speaker that stopped connecting to my phone that I loved cause it allowed me to listen to music in a way that made sure it was not too loud at night. Well this one works even better, it pairs quickly, it is directional, it gets really low, and the battery life is insane. My husband has one and he uses his at work and needs it to be loud enough to be heard over machinery. We both love them and for different reasons. Added bonus it will also charge other devices

The speaker has a quality look and feel. It's conveniently designed to stand either vertically or horizontally. It pairs easily via bluetooth and sounds pretty good. The bass is lacking a bit, but you can't expect too much from a speaker this size in this price range. The battery lasts a long time and comes nearly fully charged. It's handy to be able to use it as a backup battery pack to charge your phone as well.

Great speakers, extremely long battery life, easy to use, great sound, and inexpensive. I bought one for $43, then they went on sale and I bought 2 more. I don't know if I need 3 of these speakers, but they are so inexpensive and of great quality I bought them. I plan to use these outside and stream music from my computer and/or Ipod to them.

I had another small bluetooth speaker that I had on a shelf in my bathroom for when I get ready in the morning (shower, etc.). While the sound quality was good, it was $20 so it didn't get as loud as I wanted. I purchased the BRICK 2, which DEFINITELY gave me more volume than I'll ever need in a room! I haven't taken it outside, but it certainly can fill a 12x12 room with music! The sound quality is decent. I'm a musician and an audiophile. The sound is "darker" than I'd like it to be. If you're going to throw on a Pink Floyd album, you're going to miss nuances you're familiar with hearing. If you're just using it to keep in a room for when you need to do a chore or pass the time, it more than does the job. Also, I use it daily for about an hour and only plug it in to charge about twice a month. That's darn good battery life! Would I purchase it again? That's a tough question to answer, because Bluetooth speakers like this are dropping in price as the sound quality is increasing. The BRICK was on sale and I still consider what I paid for it a steal. If it broke (which it has not with daily use in a humid room), I would certainly try out other options before making a decision to see if I could get something in the same price range with a more "bright" sound and "punchier" base. Also, as others have mentioned, when it first turns on, it's set at whatever volume level you LAST LEFT IT. So if you were cranking the tunes, when it pairs with your device, it's gonna be cranked! And it'll take about 10 seconds of you turning down the volume before it realizes you want it to be quieter. Can make for an interesting morning!

This speaker exceeded my exceptions. The size is manageable for portable operation. The sound quality is VERY good. Speakers costing twice as much may have a little more bass, but the speaker is a great value at the selling price. The battery charge lasts for about 10 hours when used at a medium sound level. The Bluetooth range is about normal; 10-15 meters.

It's not the loudest speaker on Earth but it has a pretty good amount of power for being small and pretty cheap. It can also charge another device with the USB port so that's a great bonus feature. Battery life is good I have used it several times and haven't had to charge it yet.

Great speaker; I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. It connected quickly and easily to my phone (Galaxy S8), plays smoothly, really good sound. It stands upright or lays flat. Had a whole day's worth of a charge right out of the box. The only downside I can think of is the bass. It is OK, not great. I realize this isn't a $300 Bose unit, and that it is a compact unit. I don't want to imply I am dissatisfied with it but, that is my only negative. I recommend this.

This speaker is awesome. I have about 5 other speakers at work which I use all the time. I was constantly charging them and swapping them out. This one lasts all week and sounds awesome. It has nice feel too it too. Not that heavy, so a little on the cheap side, but I only payed $25 on sale and couldn't be happier!

My Insignia Brick delivers excellent sound , it charges easily, and has good sound quality either in an upright position or horizontal position. It doesn't weight much and is easy to pack in my backpack or duffle when traveling. Probably should have bought two when I had the chance at such a low price. Oh well, next time it goes on sale I'll get another one.

This Bluetooth speaker has surprised me. 1) great size 2) sound quality is better than expected. It can be loud and not loose sound quality 3) I haven’t had to recharge it as of yet and I’ve had it a month 4) the features are great it shuts off by itself when it sits idol for too long. I would purchase again and give as a gift

Great Size, Great Sound, Long Charge, Easy to use!

We liked the black speaker we bought first, so much, that we bought another one for a gift for someone else. This speaker is very good sounding. It works via bluetooth OR by way of aux cable. Holds a charge for a good, long, time. I think you will also like it!

Got this to use at work. Love that the volume is lot enough to hear the music in our walk in cooler so we an rock out while we stock. Which helps us ignore how cold it is in there. Also like that it has a long battery life and can charge my phone with it

This speaker is good for the price. I really like the battery life, the bass could be better but it’s not bad. It easily connects to my phone and I like that it has the button to check how much battery is left. I bought it in 2018 and it still works good, I hope it lasts.

I just bought this speaker yesterday. I was more than 50% charged so I used it right away without charging it. It paired with my iPhone almost effortlessly. Sound is pretty good and so is the max loudness. Good buy so far.

I wanted a low priced speaker and power bank I wouldn't worry about losing or damaging. This one has good sound and keeps a playing all day. The weakness is bass is not as deep. The piwer bank is good with no complaints.

Bought on a whim, but loving it. The charge seems to last a very long time. I use this daily as my morning music pick me up while getting ready for work. Light, portable, and with great sound quality. Easy connect.

Bought this for the wife so she can listen to music while she gets ready for work in the morning. Easy to use and connect to the phone. Puts out decent sounds and she loved the color. It lasts for a long time too.
